About Aviv Lazar, Adv.
Aviv Lazar, Adv. completed his legal education (magna cum laude) at the University of Haifa and then attended business school at the University of Tel Aviv, graduating with an MBA including a specialization in Technology Management, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation.
Prior to founding Aviv Lazar&Co, Aviv Lazar, Adv. worked in the legal teams of top-tier Israeli Law Firm Yigal Arnon & Co. where he provided legal advice to clients across the private and public sectors with a focus on matters of venture capital, financing, technology sciences, life sciences, mergers and acquisitions, and international transactions.
In this time, Aviv Lazar, Adv. worked on major projects for clients stretching from acting for Annapurna Labs during its acquisition by Amazon as it entered the Israeli market for the first time, representing NASDAQ-listed companies such as Pointer Telocation Ltd., and advising Vizrt Ltd. during the US$ 374m acquisition of the company by Nordic Capital.
Aviv Lazar, Adv. continues to be a respected lecturer in various technological forums and has regularly been invited to act as a judge in Innovation Contests of the Medical College at Rambam Hospital (a branch of the highly-esteemed Technion in Haifa).
